We match our Care Assistants to our Clients by carrying out a initial Consultation with our Clients creating a personalised Care Plan. Our Interview Process includes getting to know our Care Assistants hobbies and Interests to ensure the ideal match is found for Care Assistants and Clients.Job DescriptionWorking full time but looking to earn extra cash? Our care roles can help!Home Instead could be the employer for you.Many of our clients need support during the evenings and at weekends so this could fit around your existing job.We match our caregivers to our clients to ensure the best relationships are made with 1-hour minimum visits to regular clients.All you need is a friendly face the energy and enthusiasm to care, and we can help you with the rest. We currently cover the following locations: BA1 and BA2 and we will only be accepting applicants who live within these areas, or a commutable distance who have access to a method of reliable transport.

  • Driving licence and vehicle required.
  • Alternative weekend availability required.

QualificationsWe offer a variety of work patterns including guaranteed hours contracts.We offer full training and the opportunity to progress within the company.This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.Additional Information

  • We pay between £13.00 to £28.00 a hour.
  • Paid Travel and Waiting time between client visits
  • Paid mileage, with payments matched to current fuel prices.
  • Paid on-boarding training and ongoing training including CPR and Dementia training. Free qualifications such as The Care Certificate, NVQ diplomas.
  • Paid holiday
  • Regular working pattern with 1- hour minimum visits to regular clients.
  • Out of hours support from the Office team
