The UAS RN will evaluate the clinical and functional needs of individuals and develop care plans to meet those needs. - Conduct UAS assessments and reassessments in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
- Evaluate the clinical and functional needs of individuals and develop comprehensive care plans
- Coordinate care and services with other healthcare professionals and agencies
- Document assessment findings, care plans, and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Participate in quality improvement activities and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the US or eligible for TN Visa sponsorship as a Canadian citizen
- Experience with UAS assessments preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Team player with a positive and compassionate attitude

- Salary: Approximately $90,000 USD annually.
